Job Description

TTM Healthcare are proud to partner with our client in the private sector to recruit a Permanent role for a Recruitment and Onboarding Specialist in Dublin
Location: Blanchardstown
Hours: 9am to 5pm, 35 hour working week
Contract: Permanent
Pay-rate: €45,000 + per annum

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for a variety of roles across multiple locations and departments.
  • Partner with hiring managers across operational and functional teams to support staffing requirements and recruitment best practices.
  • Research the healthcare market and develop recruitment plans for key hiring needs.
  • Conduct internal and external interviews and provide candidate feedback.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to attract high-quality candidates.
  • Source specialist candidates through social media platforms and professional networks such as LinkedIn.
  • Act as the main point of contact for hiring managers across the organisation.
  • Deliver recruitment SLAs and KPIs while ensuring an efficient end-to-end hiring process.
  • Monitor recruitment trends, sourcing strategies, and compliance standards.
  • Screen and evaluate candidates at the initial stage and provide shortlists to hiring managers.
  • Attend workforce planning meetings and support strategic hiring initiatives.
  • Develop targeted recruitment campaigns, including international recruitment campaigns for healthcare professionals.
  • Collaborate closely with the wider HR team to ensure consistent HR service delivery.
  • Support HR projects including applicant tracking systems and HRIS process improvements.
  • Assist in the development of talent acquisition and workforce planning strategies.
  • Prepare weekly, monthly, and ad hoc recruitment reports.
  • Support additional HR tasks and projects as required by management.
Essential Criteria
  • Third-level qualification in Human Resources or a business-related discipline.
  • Proven recruitment experience in either an in-house or agency environment, ideally within healthcare.
  • Ability to manage multiple vacancies and prioritise effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong ability to work independently and collaboratively within a HR team.
  • Understanding of GDPR requirements and confidential data handling within a regulated environment.
  • Experience using social media recruitment platforms and sourcing tools.
  • Experience working with applicant tracking systems (ATS).
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working to deadlines.
  • Strong organisational and communication skills.
  • Solution-focused mindset with the ability to make objective decisions and recommendations.
