Recruitment Administrator
Location: Gourock (Hybrid Working)
Salary: Up to £28,000 per annum (pro rata)
Hours: Temporary, Full-time, 38 hours per week (8:00am - 4:30pm)
Contract: Minimum 2 months, with potential to be extended
We are currently recruiting for an experienced and highly organised Recruitment Administrator to join a busy HR Recruitment team based in Gourock. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong administrative skills who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in delivering accurate, high-quality work.
The RoleWorking as part of the Recruitment team, you will provide essential administrative support throughout the recruitment and onboarding process. The role involves managing a variety of manual processes, so accuracy, organisation and attention to detail are essential.

- Preparing contracts of employment.
- Supporting the onboarding process for new starters.
- Chasing outstanding documentation and information from candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintaining accurate recruitment records and systems.
- Providing general administrative support to the recruitment team.
- Managing a high volume of repetitive tasks while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
- Has previous experience in an administrative role.
- Demonstrates excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Is organised and able to manage a busy workload.
- Can work efficiently under tight deadlines
- Is comfortable carrying out repetitive administrative tasks.
- Has good communication skills and is confident liaising with a range of stakeholders.
- Is proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook, Word and Excel.
