The role:

You'll play a key role in connecting exceptional talent with some of the most innovative companies across the globe. Whether you're interested in a 360 role (managing clients and candidates) or a 180 position (focused on candidate delivery or business development), we'll help you carve out the path that suits you best.

What you'll do:

• Drive business development: Map out high-potential markets, identify opportunities, and build strong, lasting partnerships.
• Manage the full recruitment cycle: From sourcing and interviewing to offers and onboarding (for 360 roles).
• Become a brand ambassador: Build your name and niche within the industry as a trusted market expert.
• Strategic relationship building: Advise both clients and candidates, offering tailored, long-term solutions.

What we're looking for:

• Bachelor's degree or higher.
• Strong commercial mindset and people skills.
• Driven, ambitious, and ready to take full ownership of your success.
• Fluency in English (Dutch, German or French is a big plus but not a must!).
