Recruiter (Full Time, Remote)

We are hiring a Recruiter to support 4-6 communities with recruitment efforts. This role will be responsible for hiring top talent frontline associates that will work in our communities Nationwide.
This is a remote position with some travel to our communities as needed. Must be located or willing to relocate to Southern California, Colorado, or Raleigh, NC.
What will I do every day?
- Post positions in ATS, Indeed and partner sites
- Call and screen candidates as they apply to open positions
- Schedule community interviews and review feedback with hiring managers
- Manage ATS and candidate steps
- Work with communities on open positions, candidate flow and outreach
- Provide a best in class candidate experience
- Develop a strong understanding of our culture
- Have a hands-on approach to sourcing and hiring the best frontline Associates to work at our communities
- Build a strong network of candidates, attend networking events, partner with schools for career events
- Build relationships with our hiring managers to understand their requirements
- Understand how our communities operate and how each one is unique
What will I need to be successful in this role?
- Be highly motivated
- At a minimum a high school degree but ideally you graduated from college
- 1 to 3 years of experience working in a busy recruiting/HR department
- Outstanding customer service skills and a positive attitude
- Enjoy a fast-paced work environment balancing multiple projects and embracing change
- Be professional, continuously improve, communicate openly, have a high level of integrity, be accountable and embrace our team culture
- Be creative and share your ideas to help make us more efficient
- Have a "whatever it takes" attitude and be committed to always providing the highest standard of work
- Have a passion for your work and think about how your role directly impacts the life of a Resident living in a Kisco community

- Competitive pay: $70,000-$80,000/Yr. Based on experience.
