Recruiters Needed - Hybrid Role £19 per hour FMCG Sector 6 8 weeks
About the RoleAs a Recruiter, you will play a key role in managing end to end recruitment for a wide range of roles across different regions and the head office. You'll be responsible for sourcing candidates through various channels, including job boards, CV databases, and direct outreach. You will conduct telephone interviews, screen applications, coordinate interviews, schedule assessment days, and ensure a seamless recruitment process for both candidates and hiring managers.
Key Responsibilities- Sourcing candidates across various channels: job boards, CV databases, and proactive outreach.
- Screening applications to identify top talent for multiple regions and head office roles.
- Conducting telephone interviews to assess candidate suitability.
- Coordinating interviews with hiring managers and managing candidate schedules.
- Managing assessment days, handling logistics and communication.
- Providing general recruitment admin support to ensure the process runs smoothly.
- Ensuring a high quality candidate experience from start to finish.
- Previous recruitment experience in-house or agency, particularly in high volume recruitment and fast paced environments.
- Experience supporting regional teams as well as head office recruitment.
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple roles and regions simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport quickly with candidates and hiring managers.
- Comfortable working in a structured, delivery focused team.
- Immediate availability is highly desirable.
