Within our CORE Recruitment department in Romandy, based in Geneva, specialized in high-volume recruitment for our major account clients, we are looking for a: Recruiter (m/f) 100%Your missions:In close collaboration with our client based in the Geneva region, you will qualify profiles and make a significant contribution to the successful recruitment of vacant positions in the industrial and logistics field. You will continuously have access to talents matching our clients' recurring needs through daily sourcing and pooling.Your daily tasks will include:- Utilizing social media, job boards, and our internal CV database- Posting job advertisements, sourcing, and conducting interviews- Compiling files and sending them to various stakeholders- Sending the necessary documents for assignment to our CORE departmentProfile:To succeed in this position, you ideally have:- A commercial background in a service company and have followed training as an Assistant in personnel management (a plus)- Initial professional experience in recruitment and have managed large volumes of recruitment. - A strong sense of responsiveness and versatility are key.- You speak French fluently. English and/or German are an advantage.- You stand out for your excellent team spirit and eagerness to learn.- You work closely with other recruiters in the region of Romandy.
