Your responsibilities will include:
- Independently managing recruitment processes for production, logistics, operational, and specialist roles - from analyzing client needs, creating job ads, screening applications, conducting interviews, to candidate recommendations and finalizing hires.
- Building and maintaining positive relationships with candidates at every stage of the recruitment process, ensuring a professional and engaging candidate experience.
- Actively sourcing candidates using a variety of recruitment channels, including job boards, social media, internal databases, and networking.
- Collaborating with the operations team and clients to identify current and future recruitment needs and ensure timely project delivery.
- Coordinating relocation and travel arrangements for candidates working abroad, including logistical and administrative support and preparation of necessary documentation.
- Managing recruitment systems and internal databases - updating candidate information, reporting activities, and maintaining accurate documentation.
What are we looking for?
- Experience in recruitment, HR, or customer service - preferably in an employment agency or international company.
- Practical knowledge of candidate sourcing, CV screening, and conducting interviews.
- Very good command of English (spoken and written) to enable daily communication with candidates and team members.
- Proficiency in recruitment tools and MS Office.
- Self-managing and strong ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Well developed interpersonal skills - excellent communication, openness, and professionalism.
- Initiative, responsibility, and a proactive approach to assigned tasks.
- Work from our office in Opole with the possibility of hybrid work after the probation period.
