What's on Offer

  • Part Time Contract - 21 Hours

    • Shifts run between 08:00 and 22:00, Monday to Sunday, on a rota basis.You won't be expected to work a full 14-hour day, but shifts will fall within these hours.Night shifts (22:00-08:00) are classed as additional hours, and you'll be expected to complete at least one night shift per week as part of the rota.

What You'll Be Doing

You'll be supporting people with a range of mental health conditions including schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, anxiety, and depression. Some individuals may have forensic histories or be under Ministry of Justice conditions. You'll help them manage daily routines, build life skills, and engage with professionals and services in the community.

What We're Looking For

  • A calm, confident, and positive nature
  • Willingness to work independently and take initiative
  • Good communication and IT skills
  • Experience in mental health support is helpful-but not essential
  • NVQ/QCF in Health & Social Care is a bonus (we'll help you get it if not)
