Recovery Focused Employment Specialist (Hybrid)

Waythrough is seeking an Employment Specialist - Job Retention to support people with mental health conditions in staying in work. This hybrid role (Leatherhead office with travel across Surrey and North East Hampshire) involves 37 hours weekly on a fixed-term contract.

You will deliver tailored one-to-one employment support, assess needs, create personalised plans, coach on wellbeing, and collaborate with employers and health professionals to keep employment a recovery priority.
