Recovery Employment Specialist (IPS)

Recovery Connections is seeking an Employment Specialist to help people in recovery access paid work using the IPS approach. You'll manage a caseload of around 25 clients for up to nine months, with in-work support after employment is secured, and you'll collaborate with treatment teams to provide holistic career assistance.

You'll guide clients through profiling, job searching, CVs, applications and interview preparation while addressing barriers such as confidence, transport and benefits.
