We have a fantastic opportunity for a Reconciliation Officer in our Cardiff office on a hybrid basis. The Reconciliation Officer role focuses on safeguarding funds held in trust for insurer and corporate clients, with careful reconciliation of bank accounts against underlying ledgers to ensure financial information is accurate and clearly presented. Daily work involves close collaboration with internal teams, clients, and CRM colleagues to maintain steady communication and dependable service.Strong analytical skills support the verification of accounts and operating data, with discrepancies investigated and resolved promptly to protect client money and uphold financial controls.
