Location: Chiswick, Greater London (No parking at site)

Working Pattern: Full Time

Hourly Rate: £13.00 per hour

What You'll Do:

As a Reception/Mailroom professional, you'll be the friendly face and first point of contact for our clients and visitors. Your responsibilities will include:

• Greeting visitors with a warm smile and directing them to the appropriate personnel.
• Managing incoming calls and emails with professionalism and cheer.
• Handling incoming and outgoing mail, ensuring timely delivery and organisation.
• Maintaining a tidy and welcoming reception area.
• Assisting with administrative tasks as needed to support the team.
