Location: Cambridge

Salary: £32,000 - £35,000 per year

Hours: Flexible Mon-Fri (e.g., 7-4, 8-5, or 9-6) + Saturdays on a rota

Contract: Full-Time, Permanent

THE ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES

We are seeking an experienced Receptionist / Service Advisor to be the face of our garage. You will be the primary point of contact for our customers, ensuring they receive the high-quality, professional service we are known for.

  • Greeting customers and managing the front-of-house experience.
  • Scheduling MOTs, services, and complex repair appointments.
  • Acting as the expert liaison between the workshop technicians and customers.
  • Providing clear, technical explanations of required repairs and transparent quotes.
  • Processing invoices, managing parts ordering, and handling payments.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
  • Mandatory Automotive Experience: Previous experience working within a garage or dealership environment is essential for this role.
  • Technical Knowledge: A solid understanding of vehicle maintenance and repair processes to accurately advise customers.
