We are seeking a highly organised, professional and approachable Receptionist / Administrator to join our friendly and dedicated school office team. As a key member of the school community, you will work closely with the Headteacher, senior leaders and the admin staff team to ensure smooth daily operations, maintain high-quality communication and support the administration of pupil attendance.

The successful candidate will provide a warm and welcoming front-of-house presence, manage a wide range of administrative tasks and play a vital role in securing accurate attendance processes that support our pupils' wellbeing and progress.

Who are we looking for?
  • Has strong administrative experience, ideally in a school or education environment.
  • Can lead and coordinate office systems, processes and communication effectively.
  • Is confident using a range of IT systems, with excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Can build strong, professional relationships with children, families, staff and external partners.
  • Is proactive, flexible and able to manage a varied and sometimes fast-paced workload.
  • Can confidently support attendance monitoring, communication with families and accurate record-keeping.
