Receptionist at 50%

Receptionist position starting immediately: Try & Hire (6-month mission followed by permanent contract) Duration: Part-time, 50%, every afternoon from 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM. As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for visitors and insured individuals. You will ensure an initial filter to redirect visitors to the right place and answer their first questions, manage incoming inquiries, and contribute to the smooth operation of the office. Working hours are Monday to Friday from 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM. Responsibilities include welcoming and directing visitors, providing information to insured individuals about their social family insurance, answering phone calls and directing callers, managing correspondence, and preparing meeting rooms for sessions, as well as ensuring various beverage orders, etc. We are looking for: Good knowledge of the Swiss system (social insurance), possession of a federal vocational certificate in commerce, availability Monday to Friday from 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM, advanced proficiency in French.
