Job Description

As a Corporate Receptionist,you'll help shape premium guest experiences across two front of house areas and 17 meeting rooms, becoming a key member of a highly professional team committed to delivering service that stands out.

You'll be part of a close team of five, working alongside our client, a leading American global investment firm, within a truly exceptional workplace where luxury service is part of everyday life.

Type of contract:Full-time, Permanent

Hours:40 per week (Monday-Friday; shift rota basis between 7:30 AM and 7 PM)

Salary:£36,400 per annum

Main responsibilities
  • Create a polished front of house experience by welcoming clients and visitors with warmth, professionalism and confidence.
  • Build strong, meaningful relationships with guests, colleagues and stakeholders through exceptional communication and service.
  • Deliver luxury guest interactions that reflect the high standards of both Rapport and our global investment client.
  • Support two reception areas ensuring seamless coordination, smooth operations and a consistently premium environment.
  • Assist in managing 17 meeting rooms ensuring every space is prepared, organised and ready for high profile meetings.
  • Booking the client meeting rooms and supporting the catering team with the room set-up.
  • Support internal and external eventsby assisting with planning,coordinationandsmoothon the daydelivery.
  • Work seamlessly with the ground floor team to create a consistent, high-quality guest experience.
  • Collaborate with hospitality and service partners to ensure exceptional standards are upheld across all touchpoints.
  • Manage calls and emails professionally responding promptly and maintaining clear, confident communication.
  • Adopt a flexible, adaptable approach when handling ad hoc tasks and changing operational needs.
The ideal candidate will

  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in a corporate environment.
  • Maintain exceptional attention to detail ensuring accuracy and consistency in every task.

  • Use Microsoft Office confidently including Word, Excel and similar software tools.
  • Perform confidently under pressure acting intuitively and taking initiative when challenges arise.
