We are looking for a motivated and organised Receptionist to enhance our front of house operations in St Albans. Day-to-day of the role:
- Greet and assist visitors in a professional manner.
- Handle all incoming calls with professionalism and efficiency.
- Perform general reception duties such as booking couriers, ordering lunches, and managing incoming and outgoing mail.
- Input archive data and assist in transitioning to paperless archiving.
- Manage client records and ensure the safekeeping of client documents.
- Maintain meeting rooms and prepare refreshments for client meetings.
- Assist with general administration across various departments as needed.
- Engage in diary management, drafting correspondence, and supporting HR and Learning & Development teams.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Minimum of three years' professional experience in a receptionist or front of house role, or experience in hospitality or retail with customer-facing responsibilities.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Experience with CCH or similar Document Management System is desirable but not essential.
- Strong communication skills, both written and oral.
- Ability to multitask, prioritise, and maintain a high degree of attention to detail.
- Proactive and self-reliant, with the ability to work effectively in a team.
