Salary: £13.45 per hour
Hours: 20 hours per week, Monday to Friday
Contract: Fixed Term (3 Months), Part Time

Sodexo is looking for a professional and customer-focused Receptionist to join our team at Unilever R&D in Bebington. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in delivering an outstanding front-of-house experience during an exciting site project, ensuring visitors and colleagues receive a warm, efficient and professional service.
What you'll do- Welcome visitors and provide a professional first impression of the site.
- Manage visitor registration and issue badges in line with Unilever security policies.
- Act as the first point of contact for the site, responding to enquiries professionally.
- Transfer information accurately between internal systems.
- Coordinate catering and hospitality requests.
- Carry out a range of administrative duties to support the site team.
- Deliver excellent customer service while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.
- Previous reception or customer service experience.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organisational skills with good attention to detail.
- Confidence using computer systems and handling administrative tasks.
- A professional, friendly and proactive approach.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a busy environment.
- £13.45 per hour
- Fixed-term, part-time contract (3 months)
