The King Edmund School is looking for a part-time Receptionist (PM) to join our friendly team and become the first point of contact for our vibrant secondary school. The Role- Operate our switchboard, efficiently directing calls and queries
- Welcome and register all visitors, ensuring safeguarding and security procedures are always followed
- Support the smooth daily running of the school, including administrative and clerical duties
- Provide cover for other reception areas as needed and support colleagues across the admin team
- Strong organisational, IT, and communication skills
- Experience in administration (school experience a bonus)
