A fantastic opportunity for a Receptionist to join our team at Kimpton Charlotte Square on a Full-Time contract!
You will earn £13.20 per hour - equal to £27,456.00 salary.

Responsibilities- Check in and check out our guests.
- Deal with any queries or complaints.
- Welcome guests to the city and interact with them to encourage them to join our loyalty program.
- Provide special experiences and recognize our loyal IHG One Rewards members.
- Experience working as a Receptionist, Concierge or Guest Services Agent at a 4/5 Hotel is beneficial.
- Confident working on hotel systems; experience working with Opera specifically is a big plus.
- Drive to produce results and work collaboratively within the Kimpton family to provide guests with extremely personal experiences.
- Warm and authentic personality, a can do attitude and commitment to service.
- Willingness to work within our team to embrace our service and delight guests.
