Contract Type: Permanent

Hours: Part-time, 15 hours per week (Mondays and Fridays)

Location: Cheltenham, Head Office (1098)

Join our Helpdesk Team and make a lasting first impression. In the morning you could be welcoming the trustees to the monthly board meeting, in the afternoon you could be supporting our community pantry project and making a difference in the lives of people accessing our services.

You will be joining the Community Based Services team, supporting our frontline service in this essential receptionist/helpdesk role.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee the Head Office reception, ensuring a presentable and welcoming environment.
  • Greet visitors and people accessing CCP services.
  • Coordinate meeting room diaries and ensure rooms are prepared for use.
  • Support the Community Pantry by receiving and processing donations, managing the flow of Pantry visitors through reception, and signposting to external agencies if required.
  • Answer and transfer incoming telephone calls.
  • Maintain confidentiality and security on the Helpdesk.
  • Ensure Health and Safety requirements are adhered to.
