We have an exciting opportunity for aReceptionist / Administratorto join our busy Reading Service. OurReceptionisthere atChange Grow Liveplays an integral part in supporting the team in our mission, providing administrative and clerical support to our teams enabling them to focus on delivering our services, and ensuring our service users receive the help and support they need to achieve their goals
Where: Reading Waylen Street
Contract: Fixed Term Contract to 31/03/2027
Hours:Full Time 37.5 hours per week. Monday - Friday, 9am-5pm
Full-time hours at Change Grow Live are 37.5 hours per week. For part-time roles, the salary and payments will be pro rata based on contracted hours.
Responsibilities About the Role:- As first point of contact within the service, to ensure that new & existing service users are warmly welcomed into the Reading service, outside agencies and Change Grow Live Staff are dealt with promptly and courteously, transferring calls to appropriate personnel when necessary.
- To ensure effective processing of correspondence/ data entry as required.
- To ensure that admin, record-keeping, and communication within the project are maintained.
- Work flexibly across operational sites as required.
About You:
- Knowledge of general office procedures.
- IT literacy including proficiency in word processing, excel spreadsheets and data entry.
- Good interpersonal skills and a willingness to work flexibly as part of a team.
- The ability to respond to appropriate requests for assistance, maintaining confidentiality whenever necessary.
- Solid numeric skills.
- Good organisational skills
