Job Overview

We are looking for a friendly, passionate, and energetic Reception Supervisor to join the team at Hotel du Vin. The role will serve as the face of the hotel, ensuring guests receive outstanding service during their stay.

Responsibilities

• Act as the first point of contact for guests, welcoming them and ensuring a smooth check in experience.
• Manage daily reception operations, including guest queries, reservations, and billing.
• Lead and motivate the reception team, setting high standards for service delivery.
• Address and resolve guest complaints or issues promptly and professionally.
• Collaborate with other hotel departments to create memorable guest experiences.
• Maintain accurate records of guest interactions and ensure compliance with hotel policies.

Qualifications

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Natural hospitality charm and a passion for service.
• Ability to work well under pressure and handle a variety of guest requests.
• Experience in a supervisory role within a hospitality setting is preferred.
• Cultural tolerance and strong guest service orientation.
