Rebate & Systems Analyst

Supporting the business and our divisional offices, our Head Office functions cover all departments from the Executive Board through to our support functions such as Group Design and Technical, HR, Health and Safety, IT, Sales and Marketing, Commercial, Procurement, Group Finance, Corporate Affairs, as well as Legal and Company Secretariat. We also have a specialised function - Barratt Partnerships.
Reporting to the Senior Commodity Manager, you will assist in all admin tasks required to support procurement input to COINS & Rebate Manager, resource code management and the maintenance and update of Docushare information, as well as manage communication of outputs to internal stakeholders.
What will I be responsible for?- Update supplier price files on COINS
- Ensure Commodity Managers are up to date with approvals
- Administer resource code process (when released by GC)
- Manage rebate claim and collection process
- Manage communication of rebate, COINS and general Group Procurement information to internal stakeholders
- Support commodity managers with tender administration
- Provide system training to divisions periodically (some infrequent travel required)
- IT literate
- Proficient on Excel
- Basic understanding of procurement function (nice to have)
- Coins experience (nice to have)
- Organised, methodical and detail oriented
- Good general education at GCSE level
