Job Title: Real Estate Solicitor (NQ-2 PQE)Location: Birmingham (Hybrid)Salary: DOE

The Role

We're recruiting an NQ-2 PQE Solicitor to join a dynamic and friendly Real Estate team. Ideal for someone seeking strong development, hands-on work, and exposure to quality clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist and manage commercial property transactions
  • Draft leases, transfers, licences, reports on title
  • Conduct due diligence, searches and manage completions
  • Work closely with partners and senior solicitors
  • Build strong internal and external relationships

About You

  • Qualified Solicitor or due to qualify soon
  • Real Estate seat experience preferred
  • Strong technical drafting and organisational skills
  • Motivated, commercially aware, and team-focused
