We are delighted to partner with a leading law firm in Dublin to recruit a Newly Qualified Solicitor to join their renowned Real Estate team. This prestigious firm has a history of providing exceptional legal services across a broad spectrum of sectors.
About the Role:
As an NQ solicitor in the Real Estate department, you will have the opportunity to work on high-profile and complex matters across various aspects of real estate law, including commercial property transactions, leasing, development projects, and real estate finance. You will join a highly respected team with expertise in both the domestic and international real estate sectors, allowing you to develop your technical knowledge and commercial understanding in a dynamic and supportive environment.
Key responsibilities include:
Assisting on commercial real estate transactions, including property acquisitions, disposals, and financing
Drafting and reviewing lease agreements, development agreements, and other property-related contracts
Advising clients on planning and environmental issues, as well as compliance with relevant regulations
Supporting senior colleagues in negotiating and drafting high-value commercial leases
Engaging with clients across a diverse range of industries, from retail and hospitality to development and finance
Who We're Looking For:
A qualified solicitor with up to 1 year PQE in real estate law, ideally from a medium to larger law firm environment (training contract experience in a similar firm will also be considered)
Strong academic background and a keen interest in real estate law
Experience gained in a medium to larger firm with exposure to complex and high-value real estate matters
Excellent communication and drafting skills, with attention to detail
Ability to work effectively in a team while also managing your own workload
A proactive and client-focused approach with a commitment to professional growth
