PROJECT MANAGER IN REAL ESTATE 80%-100%Active in Geneva and Romandy, the company FORMA-PLUS Sàrl offers outplacement, HR consulting, and selection services for public law real estate (SFIDP), providing advice and assistance in accounting, technical, and legal areas for the five Public Law Real Estate (FIDP) registered in the General Housing Law (LGL) and managing several HBM housing units in the Canton of Geneva. To strengthen the technical teams of SFIDP, we are currently looking for a PROJECT MANAGER IN REAL ESTATE 80%-100% (CONSTRUCTIONS & or engineer/representative of the Client).This position is a complementary and supportive role within a team of 10 people. Your role will be to manage the development and execution of new construction projects and oversee them with a group.MAIN TASKS:- Ensure communication between the client and the stakeholders.- Pilot and coordinate the progress of projects.- Draft calls for tenders, submissions, and contracts with companies.- Monitor costs, timelines, quality, and compliance with the objectives set by the client.- Receive the completed works and ensure follow-up on works under warranty.- Participate in meetings and establish reports.PROFILE:- You have a degree in architecture or building engineering.- You have a minimum of 5 years of professional experience focused in Geneva or Romandy.- You are knowledgeable about Geneva's public housing construction regulations.- You have real listening and communication skills.- You show proactivity, autonomy, and versatility.- You know how to manage emergencies and prioritize tasks.WE OFFER:- Pleasant working conditions in a human-sized environment.- The possibility to work one day a week remotely after the probation period.- 5 weeks of vacation, various company leave, and employment conditions aligned with those in effect in Geneva. jid556a5aaaen jit0310aen jpiy26aen
