Join a close-knit team under the supervision of the Department Head. Tasks: Control building accounts on Khephren. Monitor the insurance of the real estate portfolio. Establish and validate budgets for expenses and works. Optimize maintenance costs and benchmarks (vacant collections, expenses, value-added works). Evaluate energy efficiency and the potential health risk absence for occupants. Plan and monitor compliance updates. Follow the routine management of buildings with property management, disputes, VAT accountings, works, inspections, leases, etc. Ensure the enhancement of new properties. Participate in occupied site projects (management of profiles). Profile: You have at least 5 years of experience in a similar position. You hold a federal certificate in property management for the position. You master MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), as well as specialized software such as Khephren. You possess excellent writing skills. Aptitudes and skills: You work independently, managing priorities and meeting deadlines.
