Acting for corporate landlords, business tenants, property investors and management companies, the quality of work is excellent. Typical instructions include:

• Forfeiture & Possession Proceedings
• Disrepair & Dilapidations
• Service Charge Recovery
• Leasehold Management Disputes
• Breach of Covenant/Contract
• Landlord & Tenant Disputes
• Injunctive Relief
