Description
The Real Estate Lawyer (Energy & Natural Resources) will be:
- Advising on renewable energy and wider energy-related property matters, including wind, solar, battery and hydrogen projects.
- Handling acquisitions, disposals, development matters, and portfolio/asset management for energy sector clients.
- Supporting major energy infrastructure developments and project development work.
- Building strong relationships with clients and contributing to team growth through business development activity.
Profile
The Real Estate Lawyer (Energy & Natural Resources) should be:
- A solicitor or equivalent with 1+ years' PQE in real estate.
- Experienced in development projects, ideally with exposure to the energy sector or wider commercial property.
- Strong in drafting, commercially minded, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- Enthusiastic about developing specialist expertise within energy-focused real estate work.
