Real Estate Knowledge Lawyer

A leading Top 50 UK legal and professional services business is seeking a technically exceptional Real Estate Knowledge Lawyer to support one of the UK's largest regional-based Real Estate teams.

This is a rare opportunity for an experienced Real Estate Solicitor, Professional Support Lawyer (PSL), Knowledge Lawyer, Legal Director or Partner to move into a highly influential strategic role, shaping legal excellence, knowledge sharing and best practice across a national practice.

Unlike traditional fee-earning positions, this role focuses on developing lawyers, driving technical standards, supporting innovation and ensuring the Real Estate team remains at the forefront of legal and market developments.

The Role

You will work closely with senior stakeholders across the Real Estate practice to develop and implement knowledge initiatives that enhance the quality, consistency and efficiency of legal service delivery.

Responsibilities include:

• Leading the Real Estate knowledge function and supporting lawyers nationally
• Monitoring legal, regulatory and market developments
• Creating and maintaining precedents, templates, drafting notes and practical guidance
• Delivering legal training, workshops and technical updates
• Supporting lawyer development, onboarding and upskilling initiatives
• Managing knowledge resources and legal information systems
• Conducting file audits and supporting compliance and quality standards
• Collaborating with legal technology and innovation teams
• Supporting thought leadership, client seminars and market commentary
• Acting as a trusted technical expert for Real Estate colleagues nationwide

About You
