Real Estate Consultant Lagos

Engel & Völkers Lagos is currently looking for Real Estate Consultants to join our growing team in the Western Algarve, focusing on the municipalities of Lagos, Aljezur and Vila do Bispo.

Your responsibilities

• Proactively acquire properties and new clients
• Conduct property valuations and market analysis
• Organize and conduct property viewings
• Negotiate with property owners and buyers
• Develop local marketing activities to attract listings
• Build and manage a portfolio of clients
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities

MIN REQUIREMENTS:

Requirements

• Commercial mindset and sales experience
• Real estate experience is highly valued
• Fluency in English and Portuguese
• Additional languages are considered a plus
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Residence in the Lagos / Western Algarve region
• Driving license and own vehicle
• Interest in working under a 100% commission-based model
