A prominent Irish public body is seeking an experienced Facilities & Fit-Out Project Manager for an initial 6 to 9-month day-rate contract. Based in Dublin with flexible hybrid working, you will drive the operational assessment and physical expansion of the organization's workplace portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

• Workplace Assessment: Audit existing workplace footprint, usage rates, and operational layouts to establish baseline spatial requirements.
• Space & Occupancy Planning: Develop dynamic space planning models and hybrid workplace strategies tailored to modern public sector needs.
• Onboarding New Space: Oversee the operational setup, transition, and integration of newly acquired space into the core property portfolio.
• Tendering & Procurement: Draft scopes of work and lead the tendering process for fit-out contractors and design specialists in line with Irish public procurement standards.
• Site & Contractor Management: Supervise fit-out contractors and external suppliers on-site to ensure timely, on-budget delivery and compliance with safety standards.

Key Requirements

• 5+ years managing commercial office fit-outs, space planning, or facilities projects.
• Hands-on experience with occupancy planning, workplace transitions, and space management software/CAD.
• Deep understanding of public procurement processes and contractor management in Ireland.
• Immediate or short-notice availability for daily-rate contracting.
