Senior React Native Mobile Engineer - 6 months + - NL

Global Enterprise Partners is looking for a Senior React Native Mobile Engineer with strong experience in building high-quality cross-platform mobile applications to join a large-scale, high-tech organisation operating at enterprise level. 
Are you an experienced mobile engineer who enjoys ownership, clean architecture, and collaborating closely with product and design teams? This could be an excellent long-term opportunity.

What you'll be doing:

. Designing, building, and maintaining mobile applications using React Native for iOS and Android
. Translating UI/UX designs into scalable, high-performance mobile solutions
. Working with shared component libraries and modern mobile architectures
. Integrating mobile applications with RESTful APIs and Back End services
. Ensuring performance, stability, and reliability across devices and platforms
. Contributing to CI/CD pipelines and automated testing for mobile apps
. Actively participating in Scrum events and continuous improvement initiatives
. Handling conflicting requirements from multiple stakeholders and raising risks proactively
. Taking end-to-end ownership of team deliverables, including long-term maintenance
. Supporting and guiding team members through code reviews, feedback, and knowledge sharing

What we're looking for:

• 7+ years of professional software development experience
  . Strong hands-on experience with: - React Native and JavaScript/TypeScript
  - React fundamentals (hooks, functional components, state management)
  - Mobile app delivery for iOS and Android
  - RESTful APIs and asynchronous programming
  . Experience with mobile debugging, performance optimisation, and monitoring
• Experience with Expo, Redux/Zustand, or similar state management solutions
  . Native mobile experience (Swift, Kotlin, or Java)
  . Experience with mobile CI/CD, App Store, and Google Play releases

. Location: Hybrid - Netherlands (on-site at least once per week)
. Contract Type: Freelance/Independent Contractor
. Rate: Competitive - based on experience
