SC Cleared React Developer UK Remote Inside IR35 SC Clearance Mandatory

Long-Term Contract Public Sector £400-£500 per day

Are you a React Developer with active SC Clearance looking for your next long-term contract?

We?re working with a leading UK Public Sector client on a high-profile digital transformation programme and are looking for an experienced React Developer to join the team on an initial contract through to 31 March 2027, with the potential for extension.

This is a great opportunity to work on a meaningful, large-scale programme where your development expertise will contribute to solutions used within the UK public sector.

What You'll Be Doing

You?ll be working within an experienced delivery team, building and enhancing modern digital applications using React and the wider JavaScript/TypeScript ecosystem.

Your responsibilities are expected to include:

• Developing modern, responsive applications using React

• Working extensively with JavaScript / TypeScript

• Integrating applications with REST APIs

• Writing clean, maintainable and well-tested code

• Working closely with developers, testers, product teams and other stakeholders

• Contributing to technical decisions and delivering high-quality solutions

• Working within an Agile, enterprise-scale delivery environment

• Supporting the continuous improvement of development practices and standards

What We're Looking For

We're interested in speaking with experienced React Developers who have a strong background in:

• React

• JavaScript / TypeScript

• REST APIs

• Front-end application development

• Automated testing

• Enterprise-scale development

• Agile delivery environments

• Public Sector, Government or other regulated environments

Nice to Have

Experience with any of the following would be a real bonus:

• Pega

• Pega Constellation

• React SDK

• GDS / UK Government digital projects

• CI/CD

• Modern cloud or DevOps environments

Don't worry if you don't have the above - Strong React experience and active SC Clearance are the key requirements.

Clearance is Essential

Active UK SC Clearance is mandatory for this position.

Unfortunately, we cannot consider candidates who do not currently hold active SC Clearance.
