Reach Truck Driver - No Licence Needed

Location: Banbury
Contract Type: Ongoing Temporary
Shift Pattern: 4 on, 4 off
Hours: 6:00pm - 6:00am (Night Shift)
Pay Rate: £14.44 per hour

The Role

Quest Employment are recruiting for Reach Truck Drivers to join a busy and well-established warehouse operation in Banbury.

No previous Reach Truck experience or licence is required, as full in-house training will be provided. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates looking to develop new skills and build a long-term career within a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Operating a Reach Truck safely once training has been completed
• Moving stock throughout the warehouse
• Loading and unloading goods
• Replenishing stock locations
• Assisting with goods-in and goods-out activities
• Carrying out general warehouse duties when required
• Following health and safety procedures at all times
• Maintaining a clean and organised working environment
• Working as part of a team to meet daily targets

Requirements

• No Reach Truck licence required - full training provided
• Previous warehouse experience is beneficial but not essential
• Good attention to detail
• Reliable, punctual and hardworking
• Able to work night shifts on a 4 on, 4 off rota
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Good communication skills
