️ What You'll Be Doing

You'll manage your own client portfolio while collaborating with senior colleagues on a range of business rates matters, including:

  • Advising clients on business rates mitigation strategies
  • Inspecting and valuing commercial properties for rating purposes
  • Negotiating with the Valuation Office Agency and Billing Authorities
  • Attending client meetings and supporting business development initiatives

What We're Looking For

  • MRICS qualified or actively working towards qualification
  • Experience in business rates valuation (private sector or VOA backgrounds welcome)
  • Strong understanding of rating legislation and the Check, Challenge, Appeal process
  • Excellent communication and client relationship skills
  • Commercially aware, proactive, and a strong team player
