Rail Structures Principal Engineer - Lead Design for Clients

Strata Consulting is recruiting a Principal Engineer for its Watford Rail Structures team. The successful candidate will lead rail projects through tender, design and delivery, manage budgets and teams, and develop client relationships within London Underground and Network Rail portfolios.

You'll guide multi-disciplinary teams, set strategic direction, and support business development while maintaining high professional and technical standards. Flexible office presence is expected.
