Rail Maintenance Methods & Optimisation Specialist

Downer Group in Cardiff is seeking a Methods & Optimisation Specialist to drive maintenance method development, validation and standardisation across RTS fleets and projects. You will translate maintenance requirements into technician-ready work instructions and sequences.

Collaborating with Operations, Planning, Engineering and Safety, you will trial new tasks, ensure operational readiness, and measure safety, quality and productivity across the shop floor.
