Rail Control Room Operator Flexible Shifts & Training

MacRail is seeking dependable Control Room Operators for a 0-hour contract to cover holidays and absences in a busy Control Room. You will monitor live systems, coordinate communications and respond to operational incidents to keep rail and infrastructure projects running safely.

Full training will be provided. The role offers flexible shifts around your availability and a strong team environment within a company supporting major UK rail and infrastructure projects.
