Rail Commercial & Contracts Lead

Balfour Beatty Rail is seeking a commercially astute Commercial Services Manager to provide expert commercial, contractual and legal insight across tender, pre contract and delivery stages of complex rail projects.

You will lead drafting, review and negotiation of contracts, subcontracts and NEC-based arrangements, advise senior teams and manage risk to protect the business while enabling successful delivery.
