Radiant Reception & Customer Care Specialist

Staffordshire County Council is hiring for a customer service role in the reception team. As the first contact for visitors, you will provide excellent customer service while managing a busy reception environment. The ideal candidate should have experience in customer-facing roles, be confident and friendly, and be able to handle multiple enquiries with empathy and professionalism.
