Rachel Nevin Communications is a boutique communications agency built on real people with real opinions in communications. Covering luxury wellness, lifestyle, and celebrity-focused talent, as well as key FMCG clients like Kettle Chips, Rowse, and Poppets, RNC is rapidly expanding and seeking the right person to join their dynamic team of industry experts who know how to make an impact and celebrate success.

We are looking for an exceptional, highly motivated, proactive, and detail-oriented Senior/Account Manager who loves working on diverse clients from Nobu Pilates to Kettle Chips and thrives in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment. You will be part of the RNC team, responsible for delivering top-tier communications for our premium clients in health, wellness, lifestyle, hair, beauty, and FMCG sectors, bringing strong management skills along with innovative activation and brand partnership experience.

This role involves:

  1. Managing the wider team and supporting specific accounts, providing trusted counsel and ensuring KPIs are achieved.
  2. Devising and executing creative, strategic PR campaigns.
  3. Managing group and individual press trips, including hosting responsibilities.
  4. Pitching creatively to secure features and profile opportunities.
  5. Building positive relationships with senior luxury lifestyle media, digital influencers, and luxury brands for collaborations.
  6. Representing clients and RNC at relevant media and industry events.
  7. Identifying and utilizing trends and topical news for feature placements.
  8. Organizing impactful client events.
  9. Sharing knowledge and mentoring junior staff within the RNC team.

Ideal candidates will:

  1. Be intelligent, entrepreneurial, and passionate about health, wellness, and lifestyle.
  2. Desire to work on large strategy and budget clients.
  3. Be ambitious, responsible, and eager to take on leadership roles.
  4. Have 3+ years of experience in a PR agency.
  5. Be highly organized, detail-oriented, with excellent relationship, planning, and project management skills.
  6. Possess strong leadership qualities with a focus on accuracy and creativity.
  7. Be driven, commercially minded, and obsessed with client service.
  8. Be a problem solver with a solutions-oriented mindset.
  9. Be a collaborative team player with a strong point of view.
  10. Be polished in presentations, both virtually and in person, with senior stakeholders and media.
  11. Have excellent interpersonal skills and an approachable, inclusive attitude.
  12. Work efficiently without compromising quality.
  13. Have good knowledge of social platforms and the media landscape.

Additional information:

  1. Location: London (flexible in-office hours)
  2. Discretionary bonuses, competitive salary, company laptop, pension scheme.
  3. Hours: 10:00 am to 6:00 pm (flexible hours)
  4. Holiday: 25 days plus 1 birthday day
  5. Start date: Immediate but flexible
