Lead C# Developer - Leading Financial Services - London - Permanent - Hybrid

We're hiring a hands-on Software Engineering Team Lead to drive the delivery of business-critical Front Office trading solutions within a global financial markets environment.

This is a true player-coach role - leading a high-performing Agile team while remaining actively involved in architecture, design, and development of distributed, cloud-native systems supporting Rates & FX platforms.

• Strong C# / .NET Core expertise
• Experience with distributed, event-driven, cloud-native architectures
• REST / GraphQL API development
• AWS or Azure cloud deployment
• Relational databases (MSSQL / MySQL)
• Proven experience leading engineering teams in Agile environments
• Exposure to trading systems, FIX protocol, WPF, microservices, or serverless architecture is highly desirable.
