Quotes & Tenders Specialist

Overview

As a Quotes & Tenders Specialist, you will support the tender and bid management processes within our business. You will work both independently and as part of a team, researching and understanding pre-qualification and tender requirements to ensure accurate, compliant submissions that meet deadlines. You will be the first point of contact for all quotes and related inquiries from internal and external customers.

How You'll Make an Impact:

• Review tender adverts for new business and coordinate submissions with account managers.
• Manage the quality and timeliness of tender submissions, including document handling via procurement portals and approval processes.
• Liaise with commercial teams to meet objectives.
• Complete PQQ, PFQ, and technical/compliance submissions for tenders and expressions of interest.
• Gather data and maintain a library of standard responses and documents.
• Process reagent rental contracts in SAP.
• Prepare quotes according to customer requests, ensuring all information is accurate.
• Manage approval flows for quotes to ensure timely delivery and compliance with pricing policies.
• Assist in developing new documentation and templates as needed.

What You Bring:

• Experience in a similar role and industry is preferable.
• Multilingual skills: English and Dutch mandatory; French desirable.
• Knowledge of the life sciences and clinical diagnostics market is desirable.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with excellent written communication.
• Ability to work efficiently with cross-functional teams at different levels in a matrix organization.
• Good computer literacy and presentation skills.
• Experience with SFDC and SAP is desirable.
