Quantity Surveyor (NEC Contracts) - Car Allowance & Benefits

You will review and negotiate contract terms, manage and administer contracts, and handle change management and compensation events across multiple initiatives.

The ideal candidate will have NEC3/NEC4 experience, strong drafting skills for subcontracts, and a proven ability to resolve commercial issues with internal teams and clients.
