This is a *Lichfield | Hybrid* based role with an excellent immediate start within a Public Sector organisation working on *Planning budgets, resources, and timelines*

Our client is looking for an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join a high-performing team delivering cost intelligence and pricing models for large-scale FM projects across a complex estate.

This is a hands-on role where you'll work independently while collaborating closely with commercial and wider project teams to shape robust, data-driven cost models and support critical business decisions.

What you'll be doing

• Developing should-cost models using in-house data and industry benchmarks (eg BCIS)
• Building and refining pricing booklets in Excel tailored to project requirements
• Analysing tender submissions and identifying key commercial insights
• Producing clear, concise tender reports to support business cases
• Collaborating with internal stakeholders to ensure pricing models are accurate and fit-for-purpose
• Supporting ad-hoc pricing and cost analysis activities

What we're looking for

• Degree-qualified Quantity Surveyor
• Minimum 5 years post-degree experience
• Strong Excel skills (essential)
• Experience in cost modelling, estimating, and tender analysis
• Ability to work independently and communicate effectively with cross-functional teams
• High attention to detail with strong analytical capability
