Quantity Surveyor - Major Projects (Dublin Area) - Tier 1 Contractor
Salary: €70,000 + Benefits
Location: Projects across Dublin & surrounding areas

We are partnering with one of Ireland's most established Tier 1 contractors, delivering landmark developments across infrastructure, commercial, residential, data centres, and life sciences. The company has a decades-long reputation for engineering excellence, financial stability, and building some of the country's most complex and high-profile projects.

Due to continued growth and major project wins, they are now seeking a Quantity Surveyor to join their commercial team and work on multi-million-euro builds in and around Dublin.

The Role

As Quantity Surveyor, you will play a key part in the financial and contractual success of major construction projects. Responsibilities include:

• Procurement & subcontractor management
• Valuations, variations & final accounts
• Contract administration (RIAI / Public Works / FIDIC / NEC experience advantageous)
• Commercial reporting and financial analysis
• Supporting project delivery teams to maximise margins and mitigate risk

What We're Looking For

• Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying or a related discipline
• 4+ years' experience with a main contractor or consultancy
• Strong commercial awareness and negotiation skills
• Experience on large-scale projects (€20m+ preferred)
• Excellent communication and reporting ability
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-performance environments
