Quantity Surveyor

• Manage the commercial and contractual aspects of multiple projects from procurement through to final account.
• Prepare cost reports, valuations, variations and final accounts.
• Work closely with Contracts Managers, Project Managers and site teams to ensure projects are delivered profitably.
• Support subcontractor procurement, negotiations and account management.
• Monitor project costs, identify commercial risks and maximise project performance.

• Previous experience as a Quantity Surveyor within construction, fit-out, interiors or specialist contracting.
• Strong commercial awareness with excellent negotiation and communication skills.
• Experience managing subcontractor accounts, variations and cost reporting.
• Ability to work across multiple live projects and manage competing priorities.
• Self-motivated individual capable of building strong relationships with clients and project teams.
