As Quantity Surveyor / Estimator, you will play a key role in supporting project delivery from a commercial perspective.

You will be responsible for:

• Preparing cost estimates, Bills of Quantities (BOQs), and project quotations.
• Managing subcontractor and supplier pricing, valuations, and commercial reporting.
• Preparing interim valuations, final accounts, variations, and extension of time claims.
• Assisting with tender submissions and contract administration.
• Supporting project teams with cost control, procurement, and commercial management activities.

To be successful, you will have:

• Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years' experience in Quantity Surveying, Estimating, or Commercial Management.
• Strong experience with BOQs, valuations, cost control, and subcontractor management.
• Background within construction, infrastructure, utilities, civil engineering, or electrical projects.
• Strong commercial awareness and excellent Excel/reporting skills.

• Salary of €60,000 - €70,000 DOE.
